Eligibility (please have these ready):

Proof of order (order number, name, email, and purchase date).

Proof of use (e.g., a short note on how/when you took it, plus a quick photo of the opened/used bottle).

How refunds work:

Email support@oriyanutrition.com before sending anything back.

We may ask you to return the product (opened, empty, or unopened) and packaging to a return address we provide.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once your request is approved (and, if requested, the return is received), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank/processor to post the credit.
Exchanges (Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item)
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

How to Start a Refund or Exchange

Include proof of order, proof of use (for refunds), photos (for exchanges), and a brief explanation.

Once processed, we’ll refund or ship your replacement promptly.
